Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will play a key role in generating sales leads, promoting our products and services, and closing deals over the phone. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will be instrumental in building strong relationships with potential customers and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to Cobus Communications’ products and services.

– Build and maintain a pipeline of leads by researching and identifying potential clients.

– Engage with decision-makers, understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

– Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.

– Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed in the CRM system.

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively articulate Cobus Communications’ value proposition to potential customers.

– Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.

– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.

– Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

– Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

– Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

– Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
