Second line IT Support analyst required by one of the largest Microsoft resellers in the UK, established over 15 years ago this business has gone from strength to strength and has doubled in size in the last financial year and are now looking to bolster the expertise in the support team with the addition of a Microsoft certified Second Line Support Analyst.

You will be working within a skilled support team for a Microsoft Gold partner and as such are required to have previous experience of maintaining and supports Microsoft based cloud products.

If you are passionate about Microsoft technologies and want to work in a team who provide the highest quality service to their clients then this is the role for you.


Essential Skills

  • Experience of supporting Microsoft cloud based products in a CSG Environment
  • Experience of supporting Office 365
  • Experience administration and trouble shooting Azure and Dynamics using Powershell
  • Strong knowledge of DNS

Must be Microsoft certified and have MCSA Office 365 or above

The Package

As a Second Line Support analyst working for this company you will receive a basic salary of £20k to £25k, 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays and a company contributed pension scheme as well as yearly performance related pay reviews.
