As we grow and develop the team we have some exciting projects that we want you to play a key role in and we welcome and encourage all our staffs ideas and encourage creative thinking and collaborations.

Duties will include: 

Assisting the team, in particular management with administration & appointment making. 

Communicating across all brands on behalf of the company. 

Excellent organisation and communication skills. 

The ability to record, process and action information pro-actively and with minimum supervision. 

Excellent written and IT skills required.

Understanding of the business, the culture and the strategic direction we are heading into. 

Internal systems and processes.

Accurately updating our CRM system.

Ideally candidates will have experience within a similar position, be this customer care, administration, office assistant or similar. You must be able to work diligently and accurately and offer our clients and stake holders unrivalled excellence. The role will be for 25 hours per week, worked over x3 full days per week from our office based on Humber Street In Hull.
