At our client’s company, we’re looking for a charismatic and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to become a part of our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our services and potential clients, helping us grow our family of customers and maintain strong, lasting relationships. Depending on your experience, this role may include a car allowance or the use of a pool car.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making New Connections: Your primary mission is to seek out and connect with new potential clients, expanding our client roster in a strategic and personable way.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Dive deep into the unique needs of our clients, so you can provide them with tailored business solutions that truly work for them.
  • Nurturing Relationships: Keep our existing clients engaged and satisfied by introducing them to other services and products from our lineup, ensuring their long-term loyalty.
  • Finding New Opportunities: Uncover fresh sources of revenue from existing accounts and reignite relationships with previous clients who may have lapsed.
  • Creative Campaigns: Put your marketing creativity to work by crafting persuasive campaigns that draw in new clients and rekindle the interest of those who’ve moved on.
  • Data-Driven Management: Keep our customer data in check by meticulously updating our CRM system, so we have a clear view of what’s happening with each account.
  • Exceeding Targets: Strive not only to meet but exceed the goals and targets set for you.

Working Relationships:


  • Work closely with our Management, Provisioning, and Engineering/First Line Support teams to ensure our clients receive seamless service.


  • Build relationships with potential clients and suppliers who help us deliver exceptional services.
