Our client is seeking an Account Management Executive to join their team. In this role, you will primarily focus on retaining and expanding their existing client accounts. Your mission will also involve identifying new customers and matching and selling telephony solutions, both by telephone and through door-to-door canvassing. This multi-faceted role aims to grow our client’s customer base while nurturing long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Retention: Secure and renew current customer contracts while exploring opportunities for upselling.
- Understanding Customer Needs: Dive deep into understanding the unique business goals of our clients, allowing you to build lasting business relationships.
- Customer Acquisition: Source and engage potential new customers to expand our client’s customer base.
- Revenue Growth: Increase revenue from our client’s existing customer base by cross-selling and upselling complementary products and services from their portfolio, cultivating long-term business relationships.
- Revenue Expansion: Identify and develop new revenue streams from both existing and previously lapsed accounts.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system, ensuring that marketing data and account activity are continually updated.
- Exceeding KPIs: Strive to meet and exceed the KPIs and targets set for your role.
Working Relationships:
Internal:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager, Operations Director, Provisioning, and Engineering teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
External:
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers and key suppliers who contribute to our client’s exceptional services.
